The project
The Development Application was approved by Bayside Council on 12 December 2024. All related documents are available to view below.

Timeline
Following approval of the Development Application in December 2024, Hickory was appointed as the project builder.
Construction is due to start in April 2025 and is expected to take approximately 20 months.
Construction updates
As noted in the timeline, construction is due to start in April 2025. The first phase will involve mobilisation of equipment, drilling and concreting of piles and removal of waste.
A notice of works was sent to all neighbours on 28 February 2025.
