The project
The Development Application was approved by Bayside Council on 12 December 2024. All related documents are available to view below.

Timeline
Following approval of the Development Application in December 2024, Hickory was appointed as the project builder.
Construction started in May 2025 and is currently on track to be completed in November 2026.
Construction updates
As noted in the timeline, construction started in May 2025 and the building was topped out in January 2026. The façade work is complete and the final works include internal fitout and public domain upgrades are in progress.
Construction is currently due to complete in November 2026.
