Our proposal
We have recently lodged the Development Application for the site with Bayside Council and it is available to view below.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of the proposal with us, please feel free to contact us.
Timeline
Following submission of the Development Application in late January 2024, we will now move through the planning process with Bayside Council throughout 2024.
Construction of the project is unlikely to begin before 2025 and is expected to take approximately 18 months.
Construction updates
- Site establishment for demolition works will commence on Wednesday 24 April 2024.
- The demolition works will commence on Monday 29 April 2024.
- The works are expected to take 6-8 weeks.
