Get in early and secure your room for Semester 2, 2025. If you select this option, your room will be held now, and your contract sent when rooms for Semester 2 are released in late April 2025.

This room has been discounted by the National Rental Affordability Scheme (NRAS). NRAS rooms are rented at 20% discounts to the market rate of rent. The NRAS rooms are available to both Australian and international students, but to qualify for the discount, you need to have earned less than the amounts outlined here.
If you apply for this room, we’ll check your income upfront as part of the process. This involves a bit of effort, but is well worth it, given the discount!
