Our proposal
We have lodged a Development Application for the site with Bayside Council and it is available to view below.

Timeline
Following submission of the Development Application in late January 2024, we will now move through the planning process with Bayside Council throughout 2024.
Construction of the project is unlikely to begin before 2025 and is expected to take approximately 18 months.
Construction updates
There will be asbestos impacted soil remediation works taking place from Monday 6 January 2025 through to Friday 10 January 2025.
A notice of works was sent to all neighbours on 20 December 2024.
