  • So you’re a Resident Leader. What’s your favourite thing about being an RL?

One of the things I absolutely love about being a Resident Leader is how holistic the job is. It’s not just about providing customer service, but also about genuinely connecting with residents, understanding their unique needs, and delivering personalized assistance. I get to tap into my creativity by planning and organizing events that bring everyone in the community closer. Being a leader and helping residents navigate various challenges is incredibly fulfilling. And let’s not forget, our training process is fantastic! It prepares us with the skills and knowledge we need to excel in our roles.

  • What is your favourite thing about Iglu?

I love that Iglu is unique and different from other student accommodations. Sally once mentioned how each Iglu property is custom-designed and provides warm hospitality, and I can personally attest to experiencing that first hand. It’s what makes Iglu so special to me
