Under 18 International Students in Brisbane
Welcome to our Under 18 International Student application section for Brisbane
This is exclusively for international students who:
- are studying in Brisbane at QUT
- will be under 18 when they come to live with us
If this does not apply to you, please use our standard application form.
As an Under 18 International Student, you are required to provide the following as part of your application so that we can assess your eligibility to live with us at Iglu Kelvin Grove:
- Letter of Offer from QUT
- Under 18 Guarantee Indemnity Agreement & Acknowledgement Form
You can submit your application and pay your deposit now to get the process underway. Once submitted, you will automatically receive a link to our student portal to provide this information.

Throughout the journey, from application to orientation to living with us, we have enhanced support in place and a dedicated team member is available 24/7. This is built into our Under 18 International Student rates at Iglu Kelvin Grove.
