  Master of Interaction Design and Electronic Arts

• Why did you choose to study in Australia?

  One of the benefits of studying in Australia as an international student is the opportunity to apply for a post-study work visa after graduation. This visa allows international students to remain in Australia for up to three years after completing their studies to gain work experience and build their careers.

• Why did you choose to study in Sydney?

  Sydney is vibrant economy, diverse job opportunities, and strong network of universities make it a prime location for graduates like me looking to kick-start their career.

• Why did you choose to live at Iglu?

  Because Iglu offers safe and secure living options with high-quality accommodation in Australia.

• What is your favourite thing about being a student?

  We don’t have to worry about things that much when we’re being a student. Moreover, while studying, we can also work part-time as well.

• What is your favourite thing to do when you are not studying?

  Cooking, working out, visiting new cafes and restaurants.

• So you’re a Resident Leader. What’s your favourite thing about being an RL?

  Being a resident leader helps me develop a range of valuable skills, including communication and problem-solving skills. We are responsible for creating a supportive and inclusive community for residents, while also addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

• What is your favourite thing about Iglu?

  Free breakfast and monthly events.

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

  Working in a big company in Australia.

• What words of wisdom would you pass on to future Iglu residents?

  Don’t be afraid to take risks and step outside of your comfort zone.
