We are happy to discuss your requirements for a stay of less than 6 months at Iglu Melbourne City and accommodate this where possible.

Our current short stay rates are:

  • Share apartments – from $675
  • Studio apartments – from $815

Rates are per person, per week and the minimum stay is 4 weeks. A refundable security deposit equal to 4 weeks’ rent will be required.
