  Master of Professional Accounting

• Why did you choose to study in Australia?

  I chose to study in Australia as it was close to home. I wanted to challenge myself by living on my own and learning to be independent. I felt the best way was to pursue this in a different county to my own.

• Why did you choose to study in Sydney?

  I chose Sydney as it is pretty famous and also I have a few cousins here.

• Why did you choose to live at Iglu?

  I chose to live in Iglu as it was a student accommodation and I believed I would get to meet a lot of international students from different countries.

• What is your favourite thing about being a student?

  My favorite thing about being a student is being able to engage with different people from different backgrounds so I get a sense of how they think.

• What is your favourite thing to do when you are not studying?

  My favorite thing to do when I am not studying is riding my motorcycle.

• So you’re a Resident Leader. What’s your favourite thing about being an RL?

  My favorite thing about being a resident leader is doing events so I can meet people with similar interests as me.

• What’s your go-to spot for studying or relaxing at Iglu?

  My go to spot for studying are the study rooms.

• What is your favourite thing about Iglu?

  My favorite thing about Iglu is the gym.

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

  I see myself in a professional role in the public accounting sector.

• What words of wisdom would you pass on to future Iglu residents?

  For the future Iglu residents I would like to say join as many events as you can as it will help you meet some really cool people.
