Welcome to the Iglu Under 18 International Student application section for QUT.

If you are an international student and you are under 18, to apply for accommodation at Iglu there are additional legal restrictions on you, your parents/guardians and on Iglu that do not apply to people over 18. This means we there is an additional 0step in the application process for international residents who will be under 18 when they come to live with us because:

  • additional Under 18 Conditions and Rules apply to you
  • we require your parents/guardians to confirm these arrangements for you and sign a guarantee and indemnity.

Our Under 18 students at Iglu Kelvin Grove have their own private bedroom in a:

  • 5 Bedroom Share Apartment – from $229 p/w (Fact Sheet)
  • 3 Bedroom Share Apartment – from $269 p/w (Fact Sheet)

Iglu Kelvin Grove Under 18 International Student Application Request Form

To get started, you just need to fill out the Under 18 Application Request below. Once we receive your application, we will be in touch within 48 hours to provide further details on the conditions and requirements.

We offer flexible contracts lengths and you can choose to live with us for 6, 12 or 18 months. Of course, you can keep living with us even after you turn 18!

Important note: As a condition of your Under 18 International Student visa you will not be able to arrive at Iglu more than 7 days prior to your course start date. For this reason, you will need to provide a copy of your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) as part of this application request.
