CHOMAD Referral Code Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the influencer referral promotion by Iglu Student Accommodation, where eligible referrals can receive rewards.
Definitions
Unless otherwise indicated, the following terms are defined as:
a. Promoter: Iglu Pty Limited ABN 36 146 695 436, trading as Iglu Student Accommodation.
b. Influencer: Kim Chowon, (@kcw.96 on Instagram) and (@CHOMAD on Youtube)
c. Referral Friend: A person referred by the Influencer who is not a current or previous resident of Iglu Student Accommodation.
d. Residential Tenancy Agreement: A residential agreement in respect of a room and, if applicable, any common facilities at the chosen Iglu property
e. Reward: The promotional reward issued to the Referral Friend, as outlined in Table 1.
f. Promotion Period: From the date of release of this promotion until 15 August 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier by the Promoter.
Promotion Overview
The Influencer Referral Promotion rewards eligible Referral Friends with $250 or $500 rental credit or gift voucher, depending on lease term, upon check-in at Iglu Student Accommodation.
a. The Referral Friend must use the promo code CHOMAD during their online application.
b. The promotion is subject to room availability at the selected Iglu property.
c. There is no limit to the number of Referral Friends the Influencer may refer during the promotion period.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the promotion:
a. The Referral Friend must use the promo code CHOMAD at the time of application.
b. The Referral Friend must not be a current or former resident of Iglu Student Accommodation.
c. Self-referrals are not permitted under this promotion.
d. All bookings must be made before 15 August 2026.
Bookings for Short Stays and applicants under 18 years of age are not eligible under this promotion.
How To Participate
a. The Referral Friend applies online at https://iglu.com.au/ and enters the promo code CHOMAD.
b. The Referral Friend must sign and submit a valid Residential Tenancy Agreement for the selected Iglu property and term.
c. The Referral Friend must pay all associated fees and provide associated supporting documentation to the Promoter in connection with the Residential Tenancy Agreement.
Referral Rewards
Rewards are allocated as follows (Table 1):

a. The Promoter will notify residents who qualify for a Gift Card or rental credit will be issued once the Referral Friend checks in at Iglu Student Accommodation. Residents that are not eligible or not entitled under this Promotion will not be notified.
b. Rewards are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be used with any other offers or promotions.
Privacy and Data Use
The Promoter will collect and use personal information for the purpose of maintaining internal records of referrals and rewards. For full privacy policy details, visit https://iglu.com.au/privacy-policy/.
Other Terms & Limitations
a. The Promoter reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time.
b. The Promoter may withdraw the promotion without prior notice.
c. The reward details may be changed at any time.
d. Any updates will be published on https://iglu.com.au or the promotion page.
e. Fraudulent behavior or misuse may result in cancellation of the reward and/or tenancy suspension.
f. The Promoter is not liable for incomplete or incorrectly submitted applications.
g. The Promoter is not liable for any legal or financial consequences of participation.
