Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. Survey Period: The Iglu Resident Survey period is between Friday 6 September – Friday 4 October 2024.
2. Eligibility: To be eligible to enter the prize draw, the entrant must complete and submit the Iglu Resident Survey during the Survey Period using the unique weblink sent to the resident’s email. Only one entry per resident will be accepted.
3. Prizes: There are four (4) Apple iPhones and four (4) $500 Prezzee e-gift cards to be won. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
4. Prize Draw: Iglu will conduct a prize draw on 13 September, 30 September, 27 September, and 4 October 2024, awarding one Apple iPhone 16 and one $500 e-gift card on each date. The iPhone winner will be selected randomly from all completed survey entries up to the draw date. The $500 e-gift card will go to a randomly chosen participant from the Iglu property with the highest proportion of completed survey entries for that week. An eligible entrant can win only one prize during the entire campaign.
5. Notification: The winner will be notified by e-mail on the respective date of the prize draw. If a winner does not respond to Iglu within 14 days of being notified by Iglu, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Iglu shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the same terms and conditions described above until the prize is claimed. If a winner rejects a prize or the entry is invalid, or the entry is in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Iglu shall be entitled to select another winner until an eligible winner claims the prize.
6. Collection: Iglu will secure the new iPhones as soon as possible after they are made available in Australia. The winner will be notified via email when the prize is available to be collected and the winner must collect the prize in person from the Iglu Front Desk during office hours. The e-gift card will be sent to the winner’s email address.
7. Privacy: By participating in the Iglu Resident Survey, the entrant consents to the collection, processing, usage and storage of the personal information provided for the purpose of research, market analysis, improving services and products offered by Iglu and the administration of the Prizes.
