We are doing some exciting upgrades to make Iglu Broadway more comfortable, cool, and welcoming in 2026.
Here’s what is happening?
- All standard, superior and premium studio apartments are being refurbished, including kitchens, flooring, walls, and furnishings
- Corridors are being refreshed, including wall and floor finishes, signage, and lift lobby pinboards
- Communal study space are getting a makeover to provide more flexible options
The apartment and corridor upgrades will be completed for new resident arrivals in February 2026.
