• What are you studying?

  Bachelor of Psychological Science

• Why did you choose to study in Melbourne?

  Melbourne is about 3 hours from where my family lives, it felt like the right choice so that I can go home of a weekend and see my friends and family and also have the opportunity to branch out.

• What is your favourite thing about being a student?

  The independence is a blessing and a curse and also the change of scenery.

• What is your favourite thing to do when you are not studying?

  Call home, watch Netflix and YouTube, go for walks and just enjoy alone/relaxing time.

• What is your favourite thing about Iglu?

  How safe I feel living here, I like the fact that it is pretty difficult for outsiders to get in and the location is great in terms of transporting to university or into the CBD.

• Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

  Either working in the psychology field or completing my masters.

• What words of wisdom would you pass on to future Iglu residents?

  Don’t feel to stressed about making friends and living with “strangers” because everyone is in the same boat, which actually makes it less stressful. Everyone including reception are so welcoming and no one makes you feel uncomfortable or out of place!
