To help you get an awesome start to your semester, if you complete an application now to live at Iglu Kelvin Grove, we will give you the option to SAVE with rental credit or SPEND with a Westfield shopping voucher.
WHAT YOU CAN SAVE OR SPEND
- If you choose the SAVE option, your rental credit will be equivalent to two weeks’ rent for a 12-month contract or one weeks’ rent for a 6-month contract.
- If you choose the SPEND option, you will receive a $500 Westfield voucher for a 12-month contract and a $250 Westfield voucher for a 6-month contract.

- If you choose a rental credit, it will be applied to your first rent payment at Iglu

^ A complete application means paying 2 weeks’ holding deposit + 4 weeks’ bond and accepting your offer online
