The NRAS rooms are available to both Australian and international students, but to qualify for the discount, you need to have earned less than $50,489 in the past 12 months in the case of a studio apartment – it may be less for a room in a multi-share apartment.

If you apply for this room, we’ll check your income upfront as part of the process. This involves a bit of effort, but is well worth it, given the discount!
