Iglu Broadway is getting a face lift
We are doing some exciting upgrades to make Iglu Broadway more comfortable, cool, and welcoming in 2026.
Here’s what is happening?
- All standard, superior and premium studio apartments have been refurbished, including kitchens, flooring, walls, and furnishings
- Corridors have been refreshed, including wall and floor finishes, signage, and lift lobby pinboards
- Communal study spaces are getting a makeover to provide more flexible options
The apartment and corridor upgrades were completed for new resident arrivals in February 2026.
The communal space upgrades will be completed mid-April 2026.
